Gents -

Lineup info for Saturday. Looks like we can sleep in and line up kind of late compared to most parades.

Hello everyone,

As we get closer to the upcoming festival and parade, I wanted to reach out with a few important details to help everything run smoothly for all vendors, parade participants, and party hosts.

Vendor Setup:
Vendor setup will begin around 9:00 AM, and all vendors should be fully set up and ready for the festival opening at 11:00 AM. Spaces have already been assigned and marked. Due to limited space, vendor locations cannot be moved. We did our best to accommodate everyone within the space available.

Vendor Payment:
I will be collecting vendor payments the day of the event. Payment can be made by cash or check.

Parking & Vehicle Access:
We will open the area temporarily for vendors and participants to pull in and unload equipment. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas before the event begins, as streets will close and vehicle access will become limited.

Booth & Space Guidelines:
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment for their setup, including tents (10*10), tables, weights, extension cords, and anything else needed for their booth. Please ensure tents are properly secured for safety.

Parade Lineup:
Parade lineup can begin at 11:30 AM. As you arrive, please enter the lineup from Evan’s Ave.

Last year we attempted to assign a specific order, but because participants arrived at different times it became difficult to manage. This year, please simply pull in and line up behind the next vehicle or float, leaving as little space as possible between entries.

The parade will depart at 1:00 PM, travel down Fauquier Rd, and end at O’Brien’s.

Shuttle Service:
We will be offering a shuttle service from the Wharf parking area to O’Brien’s throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday to help with parking and transportation.

Social Media:
If you have not already done so, please help us spread the word by sharing the event flyer from our Facebook page on your social media.

Cleanup:
Everyone is responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. Please make sure all trash and materials are removed from your space at the end of the festival.

Questions:
If you have any questions leading up to the event or on the day of the festival, please feel free to reach out.

We appreciate everyone being part of the event and helping make it a great day for the community.

Best,
Angie Ellis
