Apologies for the late notice for this virtual voting request.

As you may recall we set aside funds for the new Club Room and a potential expenditure has been brought to my attention this evening.

The layout of the new room with no change will not permit a sink to be in the same location as the bar. A change order LOE has been presented to adjust the current plumbing implementation to enable a sink to be located by the bar area. The cost for this change order is $1000. To finalize this change order a response to proceed with the change must be provide to the Illustrious Larry ASAP.

Kindly provide your virtual vote to my attention ASAP to procced or not proceed with this change order.

I obstain from the vote, but I must say it is a dumb idea to pay nearly half of the money we set aside, for a sink. That is a RIP off. Move the bar to where the sink is already going to be and save the $1,000.
