where are the apk files for J android?

I always seem to have trouble when I search jsoftware.com for the Android install file. I want to re-install J on some of my older Android devices. I also want to install the 9.8 beta on my android phone and tablet. I always look here :

System/Installation/J9.7/Zips

but don't see the android apk file there. TIA

then click:    j9.7.1_android.apk
