I regularly use the web/gethttp package in Windows to get data from a
governmental website. Recently my requests ended with

Unknown SSL Protocol Errors

The version of curl supplied with J9.6 is:

curl 7.50.3 (i386-pc-win32) libcurl/7.50.3 OpenSSL/1.0.2j nghttp2/1.15.0

The OpenSSL library appears somewhat outdated. The current OpenSSL
version is 3.5.

An update to curl would probably solve the problem.

Indeed after replacing the two files in the web/gethttp package by those
of version 8.15.0 of curl, the problem is solved.

Thus a package refresh is welcome.

It may no longer need to be included in the distribution.

I retested. All is fine now, since the curl.exe provided by windows10 is ok.
Thank you.
