Double scroll bars in term and edit

I get two scroll bars when running jhs. This happens whether TERM is set to tab or term. It appears that the size of the term form and the edit form but not for the demos apps like app01 or my own app.

It appears that the size of their forms is slightly too large causing a second scroll bar to appear when the lines of text are too long to fit. It's not by much - only a few lines.

This is on Windows 11.

Don,

I see the double scroll base in windows with both edge and chrome. This is not a problem on linux or mac.

Do you think this is a relatively new problem?

I will look at this, but not immediately.
