Odd result with verb display Foreign (9!:2)

I'm not sure when this changed, but querying verb display Foreign is not returning "an integer list with numbers selected from 1 2 4 5 6" as per the docs

    (9!:3) 5

    (9!:2) ''

Trying the same thing on the Playground works as expected

Which version of J was this?

(As an aside, it looks like you can use 256|9!:2 as a workaround, though that's not ideal.)

Fixed for next beta, thanks.  I continually have to wring space out of the main control block, and I got this wrong.
