Jepsen report: Redpanda 21.10.1

Esteemed colleagues,

It is my pleasure to announce a new Jepsen report, this time on Redpanda 21.10.1 through 21.11.2. We found three liveness and seven safety issues, including crashes, aborted reads, inconsistent offsets, circular information flow, and lost/stale messages. Redpanda has addressed most of these issues in current and upcoming releases, and a few others require only documentation to resolve. Happy reading!
