WHO withdrawal, Paris Agreement withdrawal, for the second time. My essays on the first round

Hi,

In two executive orders of the President that Trump signed immediately after swearing in he has decided to:

Withdraw from WHO and to denounce (withdraw) from the Paris Agreement, a treaty under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

This is the second time he is doing both. I had published analysis on both times before. WHO in Economic and Political Weekly and on UNFCCC in the American journal Capitalism Nature Socialism. The links are below:
