Dear Colleagues:
The University of Calgary’s Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning is currently engaging in a Unit Review as part of our institutional quality assurance processes. We want to hear from you! Please take 5-10 minutes and tell us how the Taylor Institute has impacted your work.
The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback from external partners, individuals, and communities, at the local, national, and international levels, who have partnered with the Taylor Institute, utilized our resources and support, or attended/participated in any TI programs or events.
The goal for collecting this data is to help identify the Taylor Institute’s contributions and impact on external communities and partners and to identify how we might best respond to emergent shifts and priorities in the broader postsecondary teaching and learning community. The data collected will help inform quality assurance and enhancement processes as well as future strategic planning initiatives for the TI and UCalgary’s teaching and learning community.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will be open until midnight MST on September 2, 2025. The survey is anonymous, and all reporting will be de-identified and summarized in aggregate form. Your personal information is being collected under the authority of section 4(c)* of the Alberta Protection of Privacy Act, SA 2024, c P-28.5 (POPA). It will be managed in accordance with UCalgary’s Privacy Policy. Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to end the survey at any time. If you have any questions about the collection or use of your data, please contact: Dr. Natasha Kenny, Senior Director, Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning, taylori...@ucalgary.ca.
Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts!
Warmly,
Natasha

Your time and well-being matter to me. Please respond during hours that work best for you, and the many competing demands on your schedule.
The University of Calgary, located in the heart of Southern Alberta, both acknowledges and pays tribute to the traditional territories of the peoples of Treaty 7, which include the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprised of the Siksika, the Piikani, and the Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney First Nations). The City of Calgary is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta (Districts 5 and 6).
