Registration Now Open: 2025 SoTL Symposium

October 14–16, 2025 | Banff, Alberta | Hosted by the Mokakiiks Centre for SoTL, Mount Royal University

We’re excited to invite you to the 2025 Symposium for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, taking place in beautiful Banff, Alberta from October 14–16, 2025.

This year’s theme, Opening Borders: Cultivating an Inclusive and Sustainable SoTL, invites us to reflect on and expand the boundaries of SoTL in a time of complexity and rapid change. As our field evolves, we have the opportunity to co-create a future that is more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable—one that actively embraces multiple viewpoints, positionalities, and ways of knowing. Join us as we explore what it means to enact principles of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility through engagement with SoTL.
