Transforming Inquiry into Learning and Teaching (TILT) at Simon Fraser University (SFU) invites applications for a full-time, continuing Educational Research Developer, reporting to the TILT director. We are seeking a collaborative and creative scholar-practitioner
with expertise in educational research and a passion for advancing evidence-informed teaching and learning.
Working as part of a supportive and dynamic team, the Educational Research Developer will play a central role in fostering a culture of inquiry into learning and teaching at SFU. This role focuses on two key areas:

Supporting Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL): Collaborating with faculty and other participants to design, conduct, and share SoTL projects; providing mentorship on research design and methods; and supervising a team of research assistants working
on internal and grant-funded initiatives.

Contributing to Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Impact: Designing and delivering programming that supports teaching and learning inquiry; representing TILT in broader university and external initiatives; and developing partnerships aligned with institutional
priorities.
