I think you've posted in the wrong place.
1) We're not doing your homework for you. Homework is there to help you learn; us doing it for you defeats the purpose.
2) This is a forum about the C++ standard. It's generally not a place for "please help me get my program working", except in how that might relate to the ISO C++ standard.
3) This is a forum about the C++ standard. You posted C# code. They're not the same language.
