Hi all, hope all is well and everyone is safe.

Because of my heightened workload since the Sept plenary (weekly travel during the reopening bubble of Oct-Dec 2021) after TM TS was approved, I said that I would not be able to work on it until after the pandemic shuts us down again. So now we are at that stage, and so I did have a bubble of time to work on it, and here is the TM TS in Latex which I hope to discuss in the next SG5 call. There are a few issues that remain and many imperfections to address.

I would like to grant people access to my github during the call to open issues, and directly modify the TS Draft.

Here is the temporary working repository:

I have already added Hans ,and Jens as collaborators to this repository so they can make direct changes to it. I am happy to add anyone else to the repository.

Hans, please add this issue for discussion on the next call and I will highlight the remaining issues. Cheers.
