Hi,

All Tracks of ArtsIT 2024 have been extended to 1 July 2024. Please find the attached CFPs poster with the updated deadline.

ArtsIT special track on co-Creativity;

The special track is looking for contributions focusing on human interaction with AI that fundamentally challenges the concepts of mediation and control in generative models. Going beyond conditional learning or prompting strategies, co-creative AI requires intelligent bi-directional communication between human and AI. Such capability requires grounding AI representations in ways that correspond to human understanding, alignment of AI production with human intent and imagination, and finding ways to co-develop or co-instruct human and machine productions towards novel, meaningful and useful solutions.

Case studies on editing and meta-creation and production from sketches, group interaction and coordination for creative control, goal driven, intrinsic motivation models, and more, are welcome. Specific interest is in improvisation or game-like situations operating with generative AI for music, sound, video games and other multi-modal intelligent media.  In addition to technical papers, we are also inviting submissions that explore practical applications and good practices of collaboration between generative AI and artists
