UCSF’s Breast Care Center and the Department of Surgery seek a postdoctoral associate to support several projects relating to the I-SPY2 trial. The I-SPY 2 study trial is a novel phase II adaptive clinical trial testing novel agents in neoadjuvant treatment for locally advanced breast cancer. The postdoctoral associate will help support two grant-funded projects in translational science to determine germline and clinical predictors of immune-related toxicities and in creation of a toxicity endpoint using machine learning and other cutting edge computational techniques.
