The Schools of Computing Science and Cancer Sciences at University of Glasgow are inviting applications to a fully funded (UK and international) PhD position to work on deep learning for integrating omics data and digital pathology in pancreatic cancer.
The successful candidate will work with Dr Ke Yuan (https://kyuanlab.org/) and Prof David Chang (https://www.gla.ac.uk/schools/cancersciences/staff/davidchang/) and a team of computer scientists, cancer biologists and clinicians exploring frontiers of methodology development and translational discovery. The project is a part of the EU consortium PANCAIM (http://pancaim.eu).
