Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the upcoming course "Machine Learning Methods for Longitudinal Data with Python", which will be held online from 6th to 9th May.

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/longitudinal-data/

This course will focus on the analysis of longitudinal (sequence) data, where time and causation play a central role. Participants will explore key statistical and machine learning approaches for modelling, forecasting, survival analysis, and the interpretation of time-dependent data. The course will also cover practical issues such as bias (confounding, colliding, mediators) and the integration of methods in real-world biological applications, including epidemiology and gene expression analysis.

The training is designed for advanced students, researchers, and professionals working in biology and related fields.

Bet regards,

Carlo
