For those of you who feel more at home in Natural Sciences, we have one more search going on.
This is a tenure-track/tenured faculty opening in Theoretical Biology, very broadly defined, in the Department of Biology at Emory University (link below).
The search is an open rank, and we are looking for scientists that use mathematical, computational, and/or data-analytic approaches to gain insight into fundamental questions in the life sciences. Applicants studying any type of biological problem and from many academic backgrounds (e.g., life sciences, physics, applied mathematics, computer science, etc.) will be considered.
We will start reviewing applications at the beginning of November and will give full consideration to application received before 12/1.
We have a strong group in the Theory and Modeling of Living Systems here at Emory that we hope to further enhance with this search. Please send this along to anyone that might be interested, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach-out to me!
