Hi all,

I'm seeking a postdoctoral researcher who would like to work on machine learning for adaptive immunology. The project focus will be on building predictive models of T-cell responses to vaccination, which will hopefully be integrated into future personalized cancer vaccine clinical. A broad range of skills will be needed including curation and analysis of high throughput immunoassay data, construction of deep learning models, and reasoning about validation of in-silico predictions. Not all of these skills need to have been obtained during the course of doctoral studies, but you should be at least interested in learning a lot of new material if either immunology or machine learning skills are lacking.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

Thanks,
Alex Rubinsteyn
