We're recruiting PhD candidates to join our program starting in autumn/winter 2025–26. The call is open to applicants with a background in computer science, AI, mathematics, physics, computational biology/chemistry, or related fields, and a strong interest in life sciences.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and international research environment, with access to:
✅ Exciting research projects at the interface of AI and biology
✅ A tailored onboarding program in AI, ML, and data-driven biology
✅ State-of-the-art labs and facilities at VIB, KU Leuven and Vrije Universiteit Brussel
