Dear all,

we are pleased to announce the online course “Flow Cytometry Data Analysis with R/Bioconductor”, taking place from 2–4 February.

This course provides a clear and practical introduction to flow cytometry data analysis using R/Bioconductor, covering the complete analytical pipeline: data preprocessing (compensation, transformation, quality control), cell population identification (2D gating and clustering), and result visualization. The methods taught are applicable to flow, mass, and spectral cytometry data.

Sessions run 9:00–13:00 (Berlin time) from Monday to Wednesday and combine lectures, hands-on exercises, and live Q&A. Continuous support will be provided via Slack.
