Among multiple PhD fellowships at the Turing Center for Living Systems in Marseille, we are advertising a project at the intersection of the mathematics of data science, computational geometry and topology and heart biology.

The project will contribute to the understanding of how boundaries are established and maintained in early heart development by developing novel analytical methods for single-cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets.
