All
accepted short papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions either to the Springer Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) proceedings or to high-impact journals across the areas represented at CIBB.
We
invite short paper submissions (4–6 pages) on topics including, but not limited to:
•
Biomedical and clinical knowledge graph construction and curation
•
Knowledge graph embeddings and representation learning for drug discovery and precision medicine
•
Ontologies, vocabularies, and standards for healthcare and life sciences
•
Semantic integration and interoperability of heterogeneous biomedical data
•
Knowledge graphs for disease modelling and clinical pathways
•
Reasoning, inference, and rule-based methods over biomedical knowledge graphs
•
Temporal, longitudinal, and evolving knowledge graphs in healthcare
•
Linking omics data, clinical data, and external biomedical knowledge sources
•
Provenance, uncertainty, and trust in biomedical knowledge representation
•
Knowledge graph–based decision support and explainable systems
•
