The role will involve the development of state-of-the-art machine learning approaches to produce AI-driven clinical tools to support the diagnosis, management and treatment of cancer. The focus will be molecular data arising from multi-omics technologies.
You will have a PhD (or equivalent) with a significant computational and/or statistical element and will have experience of probabilistic modelling and/or machine learning. A strong interest in medicine and biology is essential. You should also have a strong scientific publication record, relative to your career stage, ideally with experience of publishing in machine learning outlets (e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR). You should be self-motivated, diligent and able to work individually or collaboratively.
