Assalamu Alaikum all,

I will be moving (still need confirmation by March 25, Wednesday hopefully earlier that that inshAllah) out of my unit in an apartment complex 5 minutes away from ISB at the end of this month in Windsor Mill. The lease ends on August 1 of this year, and I am hoping someone would be able to take it over until then. You will be able to extend the lease by another 6 months or 1 year if needed.

The unit is around 700 square feet, 1 bedroom completely renovated on the top floor. All the appliances are quite new, and there is an in unit combined washer/dryer. The floors are completely hardwood floor and easy to clean. Overall it is a great experience living in this apartment. The unit without utilities is approximately $1575 per month.

Any help or guidance appreciated. Please let me if there are any questions or concerns.
