Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Rajeoon - Mohammed Halawa

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mohammed Halawa.

He is the son of community members Sherif Halawa and Rania Salama, and the brother of Mostafa, Yusuf and Yahia Halawa.

We ask Allah (SWT) to shower him with His mercy, compassion and forgiveness, grant him the highest ranks in paradise and give his family support and patience during this difficult time.

The Janazah prayer will be at Dar Al-Taqwa (10740 Clarksville Pike (Route 108), Clarksville, MD 21042) at 1:30 PM on Dec 07, 2025, followed by burial at Columbia Memorial Park (12005 Clarksville Pike (Route 108), Clarksville, MD 21029).

O Allah forgive our living and our dead, those who are with us and those who are absent, our young and our old, our menfolk and our womenfolk. O Allah, whomever you give life from among us give him life in Islam, and whomever you take way from us take him away in Faith. O Allah, do not forbid us their reward and do not send us astray after them.
