• Assist in managing property leasing activities, including scheduling viewings, processing applications, and coordinating lease agreements.
• Handle tenant inquiries with professionalism via phone and email, providing timely information about rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease terms
• Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to safety standards 
• Conduct data entry, filing, and recordkeeping related to contracts, legal documents, rent rolls, and tenant files to ensure organized documentation
• Assist with rent collection processes, upselling additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate to enhance resident satisfaction
• Support conflict management efforts by mediating tenant concerns and facilitating resolution in accordance with landlord-tenant law
