install pycpt in new device

I want to install pycpt in new device and I faced problem gives me this message

Please create a new conda environment with the latest version of PyCPT, following the instructions at https://iri-pycpt.github.io/installation/ . In the latest version of PyCPT, CPT is pre-compiled, so you will not have these compilation issues.
