Dear esaTeam,

If it helps, I would like to share an automatic script I created for my experiments. Once you define your "case directory (caseDir)" and "predictor_extent"; in one click (Restart & Run All), the script will create the parent "case directory"; and all necessary sub-directories (i.e., data, figure, and output) and execute all cells. The automatic script tries to keep the notebooks, data, figures, and output in separate directories.

Enjoy forecasting!

best

Ohhh...
This is wonderfull Tamirat.
This quase operational pyCPT scrip wil help in the case to get some errors and save time when we config it, actually just edit one place and run!

Thanks for sharing,
Regards,
Celio.

Yes, thank you Tamirat! We are going to use this (lightly modified) as our template for the West Africa training this week. There may still be some issues with the flexible forecast curves and map, depending on the transformation choices. Am trouble shooting that with Kyle and will keep you posted.

Good luck with the final two days and best wishes from Lome!
Andy
