Next IPv6 council meeting - "in-person" event

Just some heads-up info.

 

The event planned for April 1^st 2022 (no April 1^st joke!!) will take place as planned @ Telenet HQ in Mechelen, Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen.

With the uncertainties of Covid, I’ve been checking internally what possibilities we have on the hosting and today got the confirmation we can allow MAX 40 persons.  This to allow enough spacing in between persons.  All people have to be registered, no exception will be allowed.  As I need to make sure the names of people attending gets to the front desk upfront, please make sure to subscribe to the event to confirm your registration, preferable at least before March 28^th 2022.  Not registered = not allowed.

Full agenda update (including timings) will be on the website and probably sent around once more the coming days.

For people coming by car.  You can make use of the visitor parking, entrance is NOT via Liersesesteenweg (which is the main entrance), but via Caputsteenstraat (signs are present, but sometimes getting ignored 😊).

People coming by train: 10 minutes walk from the Mechelen Nekker train station, be careful not from Mechelen main station (by foot probably 40 mins walk 😊).
