Multicast support in Belgian ISPs

Hello,

We are looking for ISPs that support IP Multicast (IPv6 preferably, but IPv4 would also work) to test a new way to distribute large files like software updates using a flexible mix of multicast (where its is available) and unicast (where multicast fails). We are mainly looking for ISPs that would agree to host a single source multicast server in their network and allow their clients to join a group from this server. If you work for an ISP that supports SSM, please contact me off-list.
