As we’re approaching April 1st and really looking forward to seeing you all again in person, please find below (and on www.ipv6council.be) an updated agenda.

As there were little to no n-person events over the last 2 years, I’ve added a bit of extra “social” time to the agenda with the (traditional more or less) drinks after the meeting and a small sandwich lunch at the start.  This will allow a relaxed start / end of the sessions and a catch-up between all of us.

Agenda is still not 100% final, so some small changes might still be added, but start of the event with sandwich lunch is definite.  So we expect you to be there a bit earlier (everyone has to eat, right ?)

Please don’t forget to subscribe, as I really need to have your name on the list to allow you on the visitor’s list.

 

As I cannot put up a separate WiFi network for during the event (not allowed per company policy), your internet access will have to go via the 4G connection or you can request a guest access wifi at reception when entering the building.

For the onsite speakers, we will ask you to send your ppt to me, so I can make sure all runs smooth during the sessions.

If you do not want to share you ppt/pdfs after the meeting, we of course won’t post the on our website.  As always, open communication is recommended during the meetings.  For the speakers: thx of volunteering to be on stage; in case you’re sharing things not to be put in public, please indicate this at the start of your session.
