IETF and the Belgian ISP MoU about 1:16 sharing ratio

The IETF needs your assistance... as it is finalizing the publication of:

Section 3.3 would be improved with a reference to the Belgian MoU about the maximum ratio of public IPv4 address sharing of 1:16. I had in mind that there was a public reference to it (ISPA ? BIPT? Our own council ?) but cannot find it back.

 

So, if you have this public reference, then share it ;-)
