Due to changes in AHRQ methodology, we have added the following two measures to correspond with PQI 5 and PQI 15. Measure_id 12250, COPD in older adults will be replacing 10714, COPD Admissions and measure_id 12249, Asthma in Younger Adults Admissions, will be replacing measure_id 10705, Adult Asthma Admissions. The change in AHRQ methodology has any Asthma admissions for people under the age of 40 falling under PQI 15 (Young adults) and any Asthma/COPD admissions for people 40 and over classified as PQI 5 (COPD Admissions).

The legacy measures will still be available in pellucid under their old measure_ids, and new values for these measures will be recorded for the new measure_ids going forward.
