New data available on Pellucid Public View

We have updated the Public View of Pellucid with the following tables:

entity_values: The complete set of entity values for the public
measures selected. It is identical to pellucid2.entity_values in
structure.
footnotes: The full footnotes table
footnotes_values: The full footnotes_values table.
systems: a view of the entities_systems table from pellucid2
systems_values: a view of ONLY the values associated with the
entity_ids for our system rows.

Additionally, our Wiki experience a flood attack rendering several
pages vandalised for a short time, this has been corrected.
