Update to pellucid CMS measures

The pellucid team is proud to announce that we have updated our CMS Quarterly Measures.  

Our data update to Process of Care measures coincides with the new CMS data release from May of 2015.  The updated date range covers process of care measures from Q3 2013 to Q2 2014.

As always, you can log into pellucid by following this link: admin.pellucid.ipro.org/index.php and using the following credentials: 

user: public, pw: tryloyw

The relevant updated data can be found using the following query: 

select * from pellucid2.entity_values where batch_id like 'CMS20150501%'
