It looks like only SMBL LV2 can be converted in IQR at the moment. Do you plan to upgrade to LV3 or higher in the future? That would be particularly useful when a model cannot be converted back to LV2 from LV3. Thanks! Giovanni

SBML L2 V4 is the max that is and will be supported.

Level 3 is for weird subelements in modeling, e.g. spatial, etc. which is hardly supported in any of reasonably widely available simulation tools.

I do not believe that there will be a Level 4 of SBML. 

Would be interesting to see a Level 3 SBML model and the features in it that are needed to make it a Level 3 model.
