Hi Howard and Baltimore County friends,

Good afternoon! I'm passing along an invitation to join the St. John's Episcopal Church in Ellicott City Creation Care team and Chesapeake Nature Connection for a guided Forest Bathing walk this Saturday, October 18th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum. Please read more below!

Guided Forest Bathing Walk: Sat., Oct. 18, 10 a.m.to noon, Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum

Join St. John's Creation Care team for a forest bathing walk led by Chesapeake Nature Connection

For ages 15 and over. No pets please.

On your walk, your guide will offer a series of guided invitations to assist you in finding your own authentic way of interacting with the land. These invitations will help you slow down, awaken your senses, creativity, and perhaps your inner child in exploring the world around you. There will also be an opportunity to share with others what you're noticing through these invitations.

The Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum is located at 300 Oella Ave. Catonsville, MD. Parking is plentiful and the exact meeting location will be shared a few days before the walk.
