Michael, thanks for pulling the TOP Structure together.  It makes perfect sense to be working like this -  I'm sure many of us have been already in some aspects but most organisations are not set up to enable this.

I'm keen to see how TOP progresses and would love to trial it on some work of mine in the future.  Good luck with it and I'll dip in and out of here with questions, I'm sure :)
