Hello all,
I tried using the "Reply to All" button.  I hope I'm not seen as shouting.
I just wanted to say 'Hello and thank you.'
I am an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean/Flow enthusiast, and an Absolute Beginner-Brain Always (ABBA). See what I did there?  Yeah, I just did that.
I am very interested in TOP Structure because it is so simple, explicit, needed and thorough.  (Maybe that is my sweet-spot for work system structure.)
I also like the concise TOP Structure Guide (TSG) which is free to use forever, correct?
 My question is: Maybe protect it under some version of Creative Commons, Michael?
and I have an offer:
Would you like a Japanese translation of it? 
I will create a reliably accurate, immensely readable Japanese version, if you will protect it under Creative Commons, and give back attribution to me personally for the Japanese translation of it.  100% Labor o' Love.

I will post any questions which arise about the details of the structure, in a separate thread.
Apologies for being too rushed to achieve 'succinct.'

Hi Jon,

Happy and welcome.

You are correct, the TOP Structure itself is free-to-use for anyone and everyone. 

Only the surrounding services (coaching, training, consulting) will be commercialized.

I'm more than happy to host foreign versions of the TOP Guide, although we then may have to be clear which version of the translation that is, as there are occasionally smaller realtime updates to the Guide.

The latest such update is that I have put the Guide under CC-BY-SA.
