InstructLab CLI Version 0.21.0 Release

We have just released version 0.21.0 of the InstructLab CLI!

A few notes:

• You can see the full changelog here
  
• This release includes various enhancements and stability improvements to the ilab workflow. Some of the features include:
  
  • System Profiles & System Profile Auto-Detection
  • Full training pipeline memory optimizations
  • Granite architecture models (starting with granite-3.0-8b)
  • ilab data generate speed optimizations using --max-num-tokens
  • A switch to using Granite-7b as the default serve/chat model
• This release also includes various bug fixes and quality of life improvements, thanks to everyone who contributed!
• Our next upstream release will be 0.22.0 with z stream releases if necessary!
• This version of the CLI includes new versions of the various libraries: instructlab-sdg==0.6.0, instructlab-training==0.6.1, and instructlab-eval==0.4.1
