Dear Sir or Madam,   I am the lead developer for a U.S. Government owned, non-profit site called the Joint Language University. We are a language learning portal that has materials that are completely free to all USG and D.O.D members.  We wanted to notify you that we too are also providing free language materials to the general public for all humanitarian relief efforts the US Department of Defense is supporting worldwide via our site http:jlu.wbtrain.com. We would be very interested in having you all link to our site to notify your user community of first responders about these free language resources that can aid them with ground activities in these disaster areas.
