Request for Exact Date and Time for X24

Hello,

I am an analyst with BuzzMgr, which is responsible for monitoring all internet and social media traffic for this event. We need to set up our volunteer rotation immediately so that we may be able to carry out our responsibility. I have been through as much of the InRelief site as I could and cannot find an exact start time. All times listed are vague "Sept 24-25". Can you please send me the exact start time? It is imperative that we begin this process as soon as possible. If there has not been an exact start time set, then please let me know that. We just need to know.
