QR Code Generator Not Producing Output Document

When I try to produce a code, it processes to 100% and just hangs there. The output document is not created. This just started happening last week.

I need to investigate what is causing it, there were no changes to the add-on recently. Looks like Google has changed something in the underlying services.

Hi,

actually, the issue is only in the UI. That the open document button is not displayed, but the document is generated. A temporary workaround is to go to Google Drive and open it there.
