There are 2 options for purchase

• Paypal
• By cards

I don't have a Paypal account so I decided to Purchase 30-Day Pass with a debit card. 

Then, I try to type in my financial details time and time but it seems not working because it can't deduct money from my card . Moreover I already checked that all the details are correct and I make sure  that card has money. Therefore, why on the website said unable to add this card. Moreover, are there any other payment methods? or Why can't I pay via my debit card?

That's a PayPal issue.

Alternatively, you can create a PayPal account and add a debit card. When you want to make a payment, PayPal will ask you which card you want to use.
