Since 14 April 2021 we have issues with some users scanning our QR codes and showing the pre-filled google form as an empty form. Only happens with some users - no pattern as to who is affected. Users tried updating phones and reinstalling apps or downloading apps to no avail.

Can you please help?

It might be an issue with Google forms as well. Can you send me a link you are trying to encode with prefilled Google form data? Are you using also Bitly to shorten the URLs?

Hey I have an issue that seems similar. When I scan a QR code on iOS it works perfect, when I try to scan with an android it will bring up the google form still but not with the complete text that is supposed to be prefilled. Any ideas why this would happen?
