QR code is stalling out at 100%

I am trying create just a few QR codes, and when I click Create, I see the progress bar go from 0%-10%-50%-100% but it never finishes for me to click the open button. I show I still have several hundred prepaid codes remaining.

Any input is much appreciated

This has been fixed in version 6.1.
