Save the QR as PNG in the Drive folder, including the option to select a name for the image

You need to tick the option "Use Second Column" and follow the instructions.

"Select two cells in a row or two columns. Values in first column will be encoded into QR codes. Values in second column will be displayed under generated QR codes or as filenames for PNG files."
