Don't know how to "log back in"

I was using the QR code generator and today when I went in to use it it looks like I'm back on the free quota plan even though I bought the paid version. I put my activation code back in but it says that code has already been used, which is true, but how do I get it to recognize my account again so I don't run out of QR codes for this month?

Hello,

are you using multiple accounts in Chrome? Make sure you are signed in with the account you activated the add-on.
