I am having problems with my data from sheet one, not importing to the membership card sheet when attempting to use the add-on feature. Any suggestions?

The add-on always works with data in the selected sheet. You can have multiple sheets in a spreadsheet having each sheet configured differently - different columns, mapping etc. But you need to tell the add-on explicitly which sheet you wan to process.
